How do you photograph weddings?
My main goal is to set the stage for couples to look and feel their absolute best. Just like actors in a play, every couple needs some positive guidance to help prepare them for their big day. As much as I am capturing the range of emotions of the event with camera clicks, I am often reminding couples to take a deep breath, relax, and find some quiet moments with each other. Weddings involve a mix of portrait, photojournalism, scenic and close-up photography much, like a full length cinematic feature will involve a variety of filming angles and techniques.
Where are you based and do you travel?
Cleveland, Ohio is where we are based but we mainly photograph on location all over Northeast, Ohio. Most clients prefer outdoor locations that showcase the four season that Ohio has to offer. I do have monthly studio times in downtown Cleveland and Akron, Ohio for headshots, and other types of portrait sessions. For larger arts events and weddings I travel all over the midwest, mid-Atlantic states, and beyond.
When will we get our photos?
Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within maximum 4 weeks for regular sessions, and 6 weeks for wedding albums (sometimes less depending on the season I photograph your story). You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints! (Timeline does not apply to special arts assignment photography.)
How many pictures will we receive?
Your package will average about 40 edited hours per hour. A gallery of a half-hour session will include around 20 edited photos while a 8 hour wedding gallery will net around 350 fully-edited and categorized photos. This number increases by 30% if second camera coverage is requested for events.
