Cover Your Piehole!
As a photographer with too much spare time on my hands, I pulled out my sewing machine and a well cultivated stash of quilting cottons handed-down from my mom and started making these "piehole covers." (Non-medical face coverings.) I focus on fun pattern combinations and comfortable materials that people want to wear while testing a small-scale non-profit community sponsored business model. A shareconemy, if you will. I donate my time and I use a pay-what you can model to ensure anyone needing a mask can get one. Some may pay in donations, and some may be able to like and share this photography website on their social media pages. Donations are spent on supplies from etsy and other small, female-owned suppliers.
you can find me on PayPal at: firstname.lastname@example.org and Venmo: @Keli-Schimelpfenig
Masks come in three sizes -
kids (ages 2-12 and petite/teens women)
medium adult (teen, some women, most men wearing S/M)
large adult (men sizing of L/XL/XXL)
• All masks have an opening pocket for an additional filter layer • 100% cotton • double layered • high thread count
Fill out the form below for your mask requests. It may take a few days for a response depending on the volume of requests. I try and honor special requests for fabrics. Pictures are reflective of current fabrics in rotation. (Thursday, May 21, 2020.) I release new designs weekly. I do have a Facebook Store Piehole Covers as well. Instructions like "more masculine fabric choices" or "anything with animals" are helpful.
I try and honor as many high volume health care group and nursing home donations as I am able.
(If people are able, they generally contribute $5-$15 per mask.)
